Rules

To familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations, please read below carefully. By becoming a member you agree to our all rules and regulations listed on this page, which may be updated from time to time.

Admission Rules

Registration should be done to become a member of Aspirants Library !

As a part of our registration process, we may collect following data from the members including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, purpose of joining, photograph and a copy of identity card
We request members to share a copy of their identity cards for our internal security measurements. However, we leave up-to the members to decide which ID cards they wish to share
Our staff may get access to member’s name, phone number and photo id for verification during the entry
Membership will be activated only after receiving the payment against the invoice
Members are required to get their membership validated at the reception and then proceed for studies or work
Enter your name and sign in the register kept at the reception before entering the library and after you finish your day
Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
Membership will remain active on the dates mentioned in the invoice and cannot be preponed or postponed
We retain the right to cancel the membership without any refund if the member does not follow the rules set by us

General Rules

Silence to be maintained at all times and no discussions permitted in our premises including thebalcony area. Enter, leave and work quietly
Our premises are under video surveillance
While we take all measures to keep Aspirants library a silent zone, we cannot take responsibility for external factors including noise pollution from weather; construction / repair work in our building or nearby areas; or factors that are out of our control
Personal belongings to be kept under (not on) the table
Do not leave any personal belongings behind, we will not take any responsibility for loss or theft
Right of admission reserved

Use of Technology

We love technology but not the distraction it brings, hence please keep all your electronic devices on silent mode at all times and use earphone/headphones while using laptops/tablets
We provide free wi-fi to all members but cannot promise any specific speed as it depends and fluctuates based on number of users streaming at the same time
Mobile Phone Usage Policy (Important): Although we allow mobile phones on the premises, the use of a mobile phone in any form is strictly prohibited
Mobile Phones must be kept on silent mode at all times and must not be kept on the study desks
Do not attend phone calls / zoom calls when you are inside the library, please step out to attend your calls

Safety and Hygiene

Do not stick papers with tape / glue or leave sticky notes on the desks
No smoking allowed in library premises, pantry area, toilets and balcony. If anyone is found smoking, he/she will be issued detention right away
Meals and Refreshment of any kind including Tea and Coffee to be consumed in the dining hall.
Please follow Toilet Manners while using the washrooms
Request you to consume only vegetarian meal on our premises
Any misconduct or rude behavior in the library and surrounding premises is liable to strict action

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once enrolled with Aspirants Library shall not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student.

After depositing the fees, if student is disinterested or fails to join the Library in the Aspirants Library due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her fees (money) back, the Library

Aspirants Library अपने शाश्वत प्रयास से प्रथम श्रेणी उत्पादन उत्पन्न करने में उत्कृष्ट है। Aspirants Library ने 1000 से अधिक विद्यार्थी को अध्ययन सामग्री और सुविधा देने का एक अतुलनीय रिकॉर्ड हासिल किया है। Aspirants Library में उच्च मानक प्रशिक्षण, सलाहकार, अध्ययन सामग्री और सुविधाओं का अनुभव करने के बाद, शायद ही कोई छात्र इसे छोड़ना चाहेगा। प्रवेश लेने का निर्णय पूर्णतः विद्यार्थी का है। हम अपनी अकादमी में छात्रों को प्रवेश देने से पहले ब्रोशर, पिछले वर्षों के वीडियो, हमारी उपलब्धियों का विवरण और छात्रों की प्रतिक्रिया के माध्यम से पूरी जानकारी देते हैं। हमारी कानूनी रणनीति के तहत रुपये की कटौती होती है। विलंब शुल्क जमा करने के लिए प्रति दिन 10 रुपये + आंशिक भुगतान में आसानी होती है, जो बदले में छात्रों के लिए विशेषाधिकार के रूप में काम करता है न कि अधिकार के रूप में। इतनी गहन जानकारी के बाद भी यदि कोई छात्र Aspirants Library छोड़ना चाहता है तो हम कोई शुल्क-वापसी नीति नहीं अपनाते हैं। प्रवेश लेने के साथ-साथ इसे रद्द करने का निर्णय छात्र पर है और Aspirants Library किसी भी तरह से पैसे वापस करने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है।

* Fee Structure can changed without any notice.
* After registration, any claim for fee-refund will not be entertained.
* The amount of total /mistaken at a time. In special condition/case Director may allow to deposit fees in instalments.
* All the disputes related to us shall be under the Jurisdiction of Lucknow district Court.
